HPL Compact Board
The cubicle panels are manufactured from 12 mm thick High Pressure Compact Laminate (HPL) boards. These boards consist of multiple layers of cellulose fiber kraft papers impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin and decorative surface papers treated with melamine resin. The panels are produced under high temperature and pressure, resulting in a highly durable material suitable for demanding restroom environments.

Door Panels
Doors are manufactured from 12 mm thick HPL Compact Laminate panels and supported with three self-closing nylon hinges. Each door is fitted with a nylon coat hook, round door knob, and lock with occupancy indicator to ensure convenience and privacy.
Mid & End Panels
Mid and end panels are fabricated from 12 mm thick HPL Compact Laminate boards. Each cubicle is equipped with an occupancy indicator lock and aluminium door stop profiles fitted with silicone buffers to minimize noise during door operation.
Divider Panels
Divider panels are made from 12 mm thick HPL Compact Laminate boards and reinforced with powder-coated aluminium U-channels for enhanced stability and structural support.
